Cancellation Policy

Cancellations BEFORE May 1, 2027: forfeit $10/booth; remainder refunded. Cancellations AFTER May 7, 2027: may forfeit full amount. Returned payments cancel the application and re-application includes all related fees.

Missouri Bear Foundation reserves the right to refuse any application. Fees refunded if not accepted.
